Arrival Date: What time can I pick up the keys?

As per the contract, the scheduled arrival time for check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (16:00 to 20:00). If, due to organizational or family reasons, you plan to arrive before this time, you can come to the office to finalize the check-in process, including the necessary documents and the balance payment, and we will check the key availability. If the apartment is clean and ready by the cleaning company, we will be able to give you the keys immediately. Otherwise, and compatible with the cleaning company's schedule, we will prioritize your apartment. You can leave us a phone number, and we will contact you as soon as it is ready. In the meantime, you are welcome to use the beach service and the parking facility (available after 10:00 AM)

Il posto spiaggia è compreso nella prenotazione?

Un posto spiaggia (1 ombrellone + 1 sdraio + 1 lettino) è sempre compreso nel prezzo.  Vista la possibilità della prenotazione anticipata del posto spiaggia, al fine di agevolare la possibilità di scelta del settore e del posto ombrellone, dopo la registrazione dell'acconto con la conferma del contratto vi verrà inviato il link e il voucher spiaggia.  Qualora decideste di prenotarlo al vostro arrivo alla cassa e la disponibilità fosse esaurita ciò non sarà imputabile all'Agenzia Venezia e a nessun titolo verranno effettuati rimborsi.      

Are the prices all included?

ARE INCLUDED: - Gas, water and electricity; - FREE beach service from the 4th row   (1 Sun-ombrella, 1 sun-chair, 1 sun-bed); Supplement for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row to pay direkt at the beach counter; - FREE cot until exhaustion in stock. NOT INCLUDED are : - Revenue Stamp Euro 2,00; - Sheets and towels (rental service available by laundry); - Security Euro 100,00 if required; - Tourist tax: Euro 1,15 por person/por night  for a maximum of 10 nights in succession.     Except children up to 3,99 years and disabled people; - Additional fee for pets, 25 euros per stay. - Air conditioner (if not specified) Euro 63,00 per week. - WiFi (ask to the agency if it's available in the building) Euro 10,00 per week

Departure: What time do I have to hand over the keys?

As per the contract, the flat must be left free within 10 a.m. of the departure date in perfect state free from rubbish or items (detergent, food, etc....). The refrigerator must be empty and defrosted, the crockery washed and put back in their place and the kitchenette clean. N.B.: The cleaning staff will not assume responsibility for any lost items inside the accommodation after the keys have been handed over.

Reservations are already open for the holidays.
