GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS :

The reservation is considered valid and effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the rent amount, to be paid at our office or sent by bank transfer or online credit card, specifying the reservation number in the payment reason. After 2 weeks from the booking date, not receiving the deposit to the extent indicated above, the booking will by right be deemed to be without any effect, without the need for further communication to the customer.
Cancellations:
- if made at least 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, and if the accommodation is re-rented by Agenzia Venezia to another client under the same conditions, the person concerned will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, after deducting 10% of the total rental amount for the services provided by Agenzia Venezia. Otherwise, if the property is not fully re-rented, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In the case of rent for a shorter period and/or for a lower rent, Agenzia Venezia will apply an additional deduction proportional to the lost earnings.
- if the cancellation is communicated by the client to Agenzia Venezia less than 7 days before the arrival date, the client must pay Agenzia Venezia the full amount stipulated in the contract, net of any sums previously paid.
The client who, without prior notice, unless due to force majeure or fortuitous event, fails to occupy the accommodation within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, will be considered to have forfait and must pay Agenzia Venezia the full amount set forth in the contract, net of any sums previously
paid.
The remaining amount of the rental fee due must be paid upon arrival in the agency. In order to register all the people that will stay in the flat, the client must provide to the staff valid identity documents.
It is strictly forbidden to give hospitality to more people than permitted by the number of beds specified in our offer (children are considered as adults). If more people are found than declared, they will be asked to leave.
The flats will be given completely furnished and equipped with 1 cover and 1 pillow for each bed, gas or induction stove, running hot and cold water and 220 volts electricity. The apartments are not equipped with a hairdryer, iron, or bed and bath linen.
The handover of the keys for the booked accommodation is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The accommodation must be left clean, free of trash, with the refrigerator defrosted.
The client must take the maximum care of the flat. Complaints regarding the state of the flat or inventory list will be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Otherwise, eventual damages will be compensated according to the price list.
The security, where required, will be returned only after the condition of the apartment has been checked; for this reason, returning the accommodation outside of office hours must be arranged in advance with the agency.
In case of unexpected problems, the agency reserves the right to replace the flat with another equivalent one.
The agency only acts as an intermediary between the owner of the flat and the client. The contract is therefore drawn up between these two parties.
The agency staff is authorized to enter into the flats for eventual repairings and for maintenance.
The agency accepts no liability for any thefts that may occur in the apartments, nor for any damage to people or property in the common areas (parking spaces, etc.).
